RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping with LVTXIII.
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly through lvtxiii.com.
1. RETURN PERIOD
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:
- In its original condition
- Unused or in resalable condition
- Returned with original packaging when reasonably possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
Before sending any item back, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Do not send returns to any address without first receiving return authorization from us.
3. CHANGE OF MIND, WRONG SIZE, OR CUSTOMER-PREFERENCE RETURNS
If you wish to return an item because:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size
- You no longer want the product
- You prefer a different color, pattern, or style
- The item does not meet your personal preference
you may return the eligible item within the 30-day return period.
For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.
4. NO RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee for standard eligible returns.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing an item or component due to our error
please contact us as soon as possible at support@lvtxiii.com.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where applicable
For verified issues caused by us, the fulfillment provider, or the carrier, LVTXIII will cover the reasonable return or replacement cost.
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Another appropriate resolution
6. SALE ITEMS
Sale items are generally eligible for return under the same conditions as regularly priced products unless the product is specifically marked as:
FINAL SALE
Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request to cancel your order before it enters fulfillment.
If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will cancel the order without a cancellation fee.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
In that case, the order will be handled under our normal return process after delivery.
We do not charge a cancellation fee.
8. REFUNDS
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
9. RETURN SHIPPING
For customer-preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, LVTXIII will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost.
10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return where required by law or where specifically disclosed before purchase.
Items clearly marked Final Sale are not returnable except where they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
11. RETURN ADDRESS
We do not publish a general return address because the appropriate return location may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
